On upgrade: You get a fresh set of minutes at your new tier immediately. For example, upgrading from Professional (50 min) to Agency (100 min) gives you 100 fresh minutes right now.
On downgrade: Your current plan stays active until your billing period ends. After that, you switch to the lower tier with its minute allocation. No minutes are lost until then.
On cancel: You keep access until your billing period ends. After that, you move to the Free plan (2 videos/month, watermarked).
