Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, video generation requests, timestamps, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Content Data: When you use the Service to generate videos, we process the text prompts, scripts, articles, and other inputs you provide. We also store the generated video files associated with your account. Your input content is used solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To process your video generation requests, manage your account, and deliver the videos you create.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, optimize our AI models, improve video quality, and develop new features. When used for model improvement, content is anonymized and aggregated.
• Communication: To send you account notifications, billing confirmations, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing communications about new features and updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse of the Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Video generation is processed on secure GPU infrastructure in certified data centers. Generated video content is stored for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion request.

We implement organizational and technical safeguards including access controls, regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and employee security training. While no system is perfectly secure, we are committed to protecting your data with the highest industry standards.

Data Retention: Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Generated videos are retained until you delete them or close your account. After account closure, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Payment Processing: Stripe processes all payment transactions. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
• Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Our servers and GPU clusters are hosted by reputable cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
• Authentication: Google OAuth is available as a sign-in option. When you use Google sign-in, Google's privacy policy applies to the data they process.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Portability: You can export your generated videos and account data at any time through your dashboard settings.
• Correction: You can update your personal information through your account settings at any time.
• Objection: You can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We also use functional cookies to remember your preferences (such as theme settings). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Helios AI Studios platform and services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Helios AI Studios ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Helios AI Studios is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms text inputs, scripts, articles, and prompts into long-form video content. The Service includes video generation, script writing assistance, AI voiceover, and video hosting. Features and capabilities may change as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you provide as input (scripts, prompts, articles) and all video content generated through the Service using your account. Helios does not claim ownership rights over your generated videos. You grant Helios a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. You are free to use, distribute, monetize, and modify your generated videos without restriction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real individuals without their consent.
• Produce content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content depicting child exploitation or abuse in any form.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents rate limits.
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization from Helios.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, codebase, AI models, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Helios AI Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use the Helios name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helios AI Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Helios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure to allow for reactivation, after which all data is permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Refund Policy

At Helios AI Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on your subscription.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee. This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only and does not apply to renewals or upgrades.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial paid subscription purchase date.
• The refund applies to subscription fees only. Usage-based charges for additional video generation credits consumed beyond your plan's included allocation are non-refundable.
• Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
• This is a one-time guarantee per customer. If you previously received a refund and re-subscribe, the guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscriptions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to billing@helios.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
• Include your account email address, subscription plan, and the date of purchase.
• Briefly describe the reason for your refund request. While not required, this feedback helps us improve the Service.

Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm eligibility.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

5. Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, but refunds are not issued for the current billing period.
• Annual Plans (after 14 days): Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you want to evaluate the Service.
• Account Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us directly, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our billing team first.
• Promotional or Free Tier: Free tier accounts and promotional credits are not eligible for monetary refunds.

6. Pro-Rated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages or critical bugs that prevent normal use), we may issue pro-rated refunds or service credits at our discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
